Todd and Donna Nelson

Todd and Donna Nelson, formerly of Jamestown, recently celebrated 50 years of marriage with a dinner given by their children, Christopher (Odessa) Nelson and Kerri Nelson.

The dinner was held at the Angus Barn Restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina. Eighteen guests attended.

Nelson and the former Donna Phillips were married June 8, 1974 at Kidder Church. The Reverends Bertil Peterson and Clair Cable officiated.

A party was given at the home of Christopher and Odessa Nelson in Raleigh by their children.

The couple has three grandchildren – Alana (14,) Ethan (12) and Connor (10) Nelson, all of Raleigh.

The Nelsons are living at Lake Royale, Louisburg, North Carolina.
