The driver of this vehicle was flown by helicopter to a hospital after he was ejected after his vehicle struck the back end of the disk of a tractor traveling eastbound on Sinclair Drive just outside the village of Sinclairville. Around 4 o’clock Saturday, law enforcement believed this vehicle was also involved with another incident at Pickard Road and Route 380. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department is investigating. Gerry and Sinclairville Fire Departments and Chautauqua County EMS assisted.
