The Jamestown Area YMCA hosted a Kentucky Derby viewing party recently at Venue 31 in Jamestown.
The fundraiser, hosted by the YMCA Board of Directors and YMCA Community Impact Committee, resulted in 436 sold tickets with six overall prize winners.
Top winners were as follows: first place – Steve and Krista Cass, second place – Kathi and Charlie Anderson, and third place – John Healy.Bonus prizes were awarded to Terry and Katie Stronz, Gary Thompson and Southern
Chautauqua Federal Credit Union.
The best derby hat contest winners were Lew and Diana Meckley of Lakewood. Honest John’s Pizzeria sponsored the contest.

The YMCA Partner with Youth Annual Giving Campaign to support community youth programming will begin in mid-May and continue through the end of June.
The Jamestown Tarp Skunks, a local collegiate summer baseball organization, has partnered with the Jamestown Area YMCA to provide complimentary game tickets to all campaign donors.
