The Train Depot is expected to host a summer market.

MAYVILLE — It has been announced by Inspire Good of Western New York that the Village of Mayville has approved a summer market for July and August and possibly into September depending on the weather and further Village approval.

The market will be offering spaces to vendors in the open end of the Train Depot. There will also be spaces outdoors on the deck and green space. There will be plenty of parking and the plan is to work with area businesses and organizations.

The Train Depot is historic with lots of room for vendors and a wheelchair ramp and an ADA compliant bathroom within the building.

With a great view of Lake Chautauqua with access to the bike trail and close to local businesses.

Since this is the first market they are looking for sponsors, participation and volunteers.

All the funds collected from the market will stay in Mayville in the way of scholarships, sponsorships and events/programming.
