Panama Names Students Of The First Quarter

Panama Central School names students of the first quarter.
Panama Central School has named its students of the first quarter.
The seventh grade Student of the First Quarter for Panama is McKenna Kolstee. McKenna is the daughter of Todd and Amanda Kolstee of Panama. McKenna is an Honor Roll student and a member of Chorus. She was a member of the PCS JV volleyball team. She has also been a volleyball manager for the past few years. She plays JV basketball and is on the Fusion travel basketball team. McKenna enjoys camping with friends and family at Camp Chautauqua and at the Warren County Fair. She loves dogs and horses and is a Buffalo Bills fan. She favorite subject in school is math.
The eighth grade Student of the First Quarter for Panama is Lucy Bullaro. Lucy is the daughter of Greg and Alissa Bullaro of Panama. Lucy is an Honor Roll student. She plays the flute in the PCS band and is a member of Chorus. Lucy has also participated in Jr. High Area All State. She is a member of the PCS girls swim team. Lucy will be in this year’s musical of Cinderella. She enjoys skiing, singing, biking music and drawing. Her favorite subject in school is ELA and Art, favorite music group is Cavetown and favorite TV show is Young Sheldon.
MacKenzie Miles is the ninth grade Student of the First Quarter. MacKenzie is the daughter of Matthew Miles of Lakewood and Lisa Miles od Ashville. MacKenzie is in Chorus, plays the flute in the PCS band and is on the Honor Roll. She also participates in Mock Trail. She is a member of the varsity Volleyball team and a member of SADD. MacKenzie enjoys singing, writing, reading and art. She also enjoys swimming and tennis. She will be in this year’s musical of Cinderella. Her favorite subject in school is Algebra, favorite music group is Mumford & Sons and favorite TV show is young Sheldon.
Sarah Golden has been named Student of the First Quarter for the sophomore class at Panama. Sarah is the daughter of Tom and Ida Golden of Ashville. She is an Honor Roll student. Sarah is a member for SADD, Women in Leadership and Envirothon. Sarah will be in this year’s musical of Cinderella. She enjoys drawing, baking and likes to crochet. Sarah’s favorite subject in school is Art, favorite music group is Frankie Cosmos and favorite TV show is Unbreakable Kimmy.
Kirsten Chase is the Student of the First Quarter for her Junior Class. Kirsten is the daughter of Andrew Chase of Ashville and Tonya Purslow of Jamestown. Kirsten is on the Honor Roll. She is a member of Women in Leadership, secretary for Student Government and SADD. Kirsten plays the flute in the PCS band. She is on the varsity volleyball team. Kirsten enjoys photography, art, reading, fashion, shopping and doing pottery. Her favorite subjects in school are Art and English, favorite music group is The Smiths and favorite TV show is Friends.
Sarah Harvey is named Student of the First Quarter for her senior class. Sarah is the daughter of Wayne and Emily Harvey of Falconer. Sarah is the president of SADD/SAVE, secretary for the Class of 2024 and a member of National Honor Society, Women in Leadership and Student Government. Sarah plays the flute in the PCS band. Sarah is involved with the Panama in-school mentoring program and works with UPK children, she also helps with 5/2 Ministry. Sarah is a member of the PCS softball and volleyball teams and plays with the Buffalo Volleyball Academy program. She enjoys reading, working out, snowboarding and enjoys playing with her dogs. Sarah’s favorite subject in school is English, favorite music artists are Taylor Swift and Harry Styles and her favorite TV shows are Criminal Minds and The Summer I turned Pretty.
