The Norden Women’s Club met at the Chop House for a member-guest luncheon on February 2.

Hostesses were Maria Malmstrom and Cindy Kukoda. Brenda Fitzgerald, president, welcomed everyone. A business meeting was not held.

Birgitta Hofert gave the invocation.

The program was a presentation on “Building Laser Focus” by Nichole Segrue. She noted five hacks to enhance focus: complete a vision board, maintain a journal, consistency, a morning routine, and exercise.

She wanted everyone to remember that “where your energy goes, your focus goes.”

Segrue is also owner of Silver Lining Custom Cookies, and all members received a cookie with the Norden Women’s Club logo.

The next luncheon meeting will be held on Friday, May 17, at the Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club.

The program will be a presentation by member, Maria Malmstrom, on Scandinavian design and DIY inspired by Ernst Kirchsteiger.
