Churches To Provide Thanksgiving Meals To Community

Conduit Ministries, Bemus Point United Methodist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church in Frewsburg are scheduled to pass out full Thanksgiving items starting at 2 p.m. today until supplies run out.
The churches have assembled 1,250 full meals that will be distributed at The Relief Zone in Frewsburg, Celoron Park, Maple Grove High School, Jamestown High School, Bush Elementary School, Washington Middle School, Love Elementary School, Fletcher Elementary School and Persell Middle School.
No identification or money is required.
The small family bags will contain a reusable grocery bag, a box of stuffing, gravy, a box of instant potatoes, a can of green beans, a can of corn, a can of cranberry sauce and refrigerated rolls.
The large family bags will contain a reusable grocery bag, two boxes of stuffing, gravy, a large box of instant potatoes, two cans of green beans, two cans of corn, two cans of cranberry sauce and refrigerated rolls.
Both large and small bags also will contain a turkey and pie.
