Cassadaga Beach opens that day, as well, with lifeguards on duty from noon to 6 p.m. each day. Lifeguards are contracted through Aug. 20, but the beach will remain open past that date without lifeguards on site.

Also of note this summer, Cruise Night events will be held June 27, July 25, and Aug. 29 from 6-9 p.m.; while Flares and Boats Around the Lake, presented by Cassadaga Lakes Association, will be on July 4 at 9:30 p.m.; while a Beach Picnic at Cassadaga Beach is Aug. 18 at 5:30 p.m.
