JHS Announces April Students Of The Month

Jamestown High School students of the month.

Jamestown High School has announced its Students of the Month for April.

Theonas Singleton is a freshman at Jamestown High School and is the son of Todd and Alexis Singleton. Theo is a dual sport athlete participating in varsity golf and junior varsity hockey. He is also a member of the Broadcast Communications Club. His hobbies include hanging out with friends, playing golf and other sports, video games, cooking, and having fun. After high school, he hopes to take sports to a professional level, or become a chef like his father.

Cole Bloomquist is a sophomore at Jamestown High School and is the son of Jill and Jamie Bloomquist. Cole is a four-year starter on the varsity wrestling team. This year he was awarded Most Outstanding Wrestler and placed fourth at sectionals. Cole was the captain of the JV football team and is a leader on and off the field. He was fortunate to be moved up to varsity at the end of the season for the playoff games. In his spare time, Cole is an avid fisherman and hunter.

Kacie Stofko, daughter of Kandis LeBaron, is a junior at Jamestown High School and a newly inducted member of the National Honor Society. Kacie has been a student of the Tiffany Wakeley Academy of Dance for 14 years and has recently participated in the JHS musical “Big Fish.” She is the president of the JHS Art Club and plans to pursue a degree in art and design.

Sean Paige is a senior at Jamestown High School and is the son of Jessica Echevarria and former NBA brother Jaysean Paige. Sean was a part of the varsity basketball team and the varsity football team at JHS. He earned the ECIC 1st team basketball award in 2023. Sean likes to give back to his community by volunteering in ride-alongs with Alstar paramedics to learn more about his passion of helping others when they’re in need. He is a respectful and responsible scholar and a leader to his peers. After graduation, Sean plans to play basketball at a university and study the science of emergency medical services to achieve his dream of becoming a paramedic.
