The Jamestown Chapter DAR recently held a dinner to honor their HODARS, or husbands of DAR members. The husbands were honored for their help and assistance during the year. The dinner was held at the chapter house the Partridge-Sheldon house. Before the dinner a short meeting was held. Regent Tammy Lachner opened the meeting. Judy Grover Digregorio was inducted by Regent Tammy Lachner and Chaplain Peggy Kelwaski. Plans for the upcoming district meeting to be held at the Chautauqua Atheneum on April 29 were discussed. Any woman 18 years or older who can prove lineage to a patriot who aided in the American Revolution is eligible for membership.
