Among the items to be auctioned off Saturday at Northwest Arena’s “A Night in The Zone Gala” is this photo print by Gary Johns. Johns’ work has been exhibited at various galleries in Los Angeles and most recently at the Holmann Gallery in Palm Desert and Palm Springs. His work has also been exhibited in group shows at Chautauqua Institution. This summer, Johns will have an exhibition at St. Petri in Lubeck, Germany. Future exhibitions are being planned for Hamburg and Munich, Germany, and Paris, France. Together with photographer Greg Gorman, Johns has published a limited edition book titled Homage:: A Tribute to Tribal Artists, under the direction of Philo Fine Art, Hamburg, Germany (2022). Saturday’s fundraiser will also include live and silent auctions, live music and a keynote speech by OnCore Chairman and CEO Keith Blakely.
