Champions and The Lost King will be shown in the coming week at the Reg Lenna Center for The Arts.
Woody Harrelson stars in Champions (Saturday at 8 p.m.) the story of a former minor-league basketball coach who, after a series of missteps, is ordered by the court to manage a team of players with intellectual disabilities. He soon realizes that despite his doubts, together, this team can go further than they ever imagined. Champions is rated PG-13 and is 123 minutes long.
In the inspiring true story, The Lost King (Wednesday, April 12, at 7 p.m.) amateur historian Philippa Langley believes she has made the archeological find of the century: the lost burial site of King Richard III. She takes on Britain's most eminent historians, forcing them to rethink the legacy of one of the most controversial rulers in English history. The Lost King is rated PG-13 and is 108 minutes long.
Upcoming Movies at The Reg include Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin in the dark comedy Moving On (April 15) and a special engagement 15th anniversary screening of the 2008 movie musical Mamma Mia! (April 19.)
Tickets to Movies at The Reg are $7 for movies and $6 for family films, with an additional $1 theater restoration fee added. Special movie engagements are priced differently.
