Trenton Lutes, local artist and author from Westfield, will be on-hand for two different book signing/meet the author events coming up in the next few weeks.

His first book, In-Spire: Book One of The Terra-Healers, a young adult dystopian fiction set in the distant future, performed extremely well during its first few weeks on Amazon. For a period of time, it was even the number one best-seller in the Children’s/Young Adult Dystopian Fiction genre.

Lutes’ first book signing will be at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, at the Patterson Library in Westfield. The second will feature Lutes in both his artistic and author endeavorsat The Next Chapter Bookstore in Fredonia on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those attending the Oct. 8 event can meet Lutes and see his acrylic paint skins with photographic transfers which will be on display through the month of October.
