Jamestown Rotary Installs New Member

John Healy, Rotary Club of Jamestown president, installed new member Rudi Andalora accompanied by Membership chair Tory Irgang and sponsor Ruth Lundin.

Andalora attended undergraduate school at St. Bonaventure University where he acquired his bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a minor in language. He attended Middlebury Language School and the University of Florence where he earned a master’s degree in Italian culture and linguistics. Andalora was sponsored by the club as a Rotary exchange student in 1995 to Izmir, Turkey. He now works for Jamestown Community College focusing on Global Learning in Higher Education and Language Learning.

Andalora is also immersed in arts in education with expertise in modern ballet, jazz and musical theatre and teaches modern ballet at the Chautauqua Regional Youth Ballet and is a member of the community orchestra.

Andalora joins the nearly 34,000 other members of more than 34,000 Rotary Clubs all over the world.
