The Jamestown High School Class of 1970 will be holding its 50th reunion the weekend of July 15-16. Friday, July 15, there will be an informal get together at the Jamestown Tarp Skunks baseball game at Diethrick Park, 485 Falconer St. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. with discounted $4 tickets. Alumni will meet at the first baseline “Surfeit Club” tent. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Saturday, July 16, at 11 a.m. there will be a guided tour of the high school building. Meet at the bell in front of the school. Then, from 6:30 to 10 p.m., the main event will be held under the stars at the Lakewood Legion, 174 Chautauqua Ave., Lakewood, at its outdoor pavilion. Dress is business casual. Hors d’oeuvres will be followed by dinner and dancing with music provided by DJ Dan Warren. A cash bar will be available.
