The Zonta Club of Jamestown, in order to further its mission of empowering women through service and advocacy, donated needed items to the Boys and Girls Club prior to the holidays. The club also made a financial donation of $1,800 to The Salvation Army ANEW Center. One thousand dollars will be used for the Children and Family Outreach Program, which has served over 125 individuals to date and has many additional referrals. $800 is earmarked to purchase items when the ANEW Center’s new location comes to fruition.
