The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dogs of the Week are Heidi and her two sisters, Ella and Lady, who just arrived at the shelter. They are all about a year old; Ella and Heidi look like black labs and Lady looks like a Shepherd mix. None have had much training, so they will need work on leash walking and housebreaking, but all three are very loving and have obviously spent time with people though they are still settling in here and shy. They are so sweet though! With the right training and lots of love they will all become the best possible adult dogs they can be. Each is available to be adopted separately. The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue is located at 7540 N. Gale St., Westfield, and is currently open by appointment to approved applicants only.
