Southwestern Middle School officials have announced the school’s Students of the Month for October. They are:

Carter Casselman, sixth grade and son of Jamie and Casey Casselman of Jamestown. Carter’s favorite subjects are math, science and choir. Carter plays on the Southwestern football and baseball teams. Outside of school, he plays on Gladiators Baseball, YMCA basketball and likes to run, swim and be outside.

Tristan Lindstrom, seventh grade and son of Mark and Trisha Lindstrom of Lakewood. Tristan’s favorite subject is US history. Tristan belongs to the Southwestern Chess Club. Outside of school, he likes to create and build with Legos.

Jaxon Dorler, eighth grade and son of Andy and Jessica Dorler of Jamestown. Jaxon’s favorite subjects are English language arts and social studies. Jaxon is a member of the Southwestern Choir. When he isn’t in school, he likes to study and play with his dog.
