The Board of Directors of Chautauqua Rails to Trails held its annual meeting at Mayville Park recently. Officers were elected and new members were welcomed. The public is welcome to join a group planting of native flowers in ditches bordering the trail where Honeysette Road and the trail in Mayville intersect, on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 9 a.m. Participants can bring seeds or rooted plants, or merely bring along a willingness to help.
