Irving Is NCCR Dog Of The Week

The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week is Irving, a very unique looking little guy who arrived from a hoarding situation. He needed some overdue personal tender loving care when he came to the shelter, but he is ready now for another better home. Irving is a middle aged/senior hairless breed mix who is very friendly and playful, house-trained, pretty energetic for his age, and seems to get along with other dogs and probably cats. He’s certainly lets people know when he wants attention! The shelter is currently closed to visitors except by approved appointment. Filling out an application does not commit anyone to adopt, but is the first step in arranging an appointment. Www.caninerescue.org shows many of the dogs available for adoption. The shelter is located at 7540 N. Gale St., Westfield, and can be reached at 326-7297.
