Virginia Confer, who resides at Orchard Grove in Jamestown is celebrating her 90th birthday on March 14. Originally a long-time resident of Bradford, Pa., life has taken her to Norfolk Va., Central Florida, Warren, Pa., and Gerry. She was employed at her family’s greenhouse business and owned an antique and gift shop for 33 years. Also a family caregiver, Virginia had taken into her home several elderly relatives and devoted her life to this personal mission. She enjoys reading, activities at her residence, going out for dinner, and visits from family and friends.
