ELLINGTON — The Ellington Farman Library will host several events in December.

The library will present a live theater presentation of “Ebenezer Scrooge: The Christmas Story” by Traveling Lantern Theater Productions at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7. The performance is geared for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

A holiday concert by the Jamestown Harmony Express will be held at the library at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10 while the library’s third annual ornament decorating party will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14. The library puts out all the crafty materials needed to make ornaments. Ornaments can be taken home or be used to help decorate the Ellington town Christmas tree.

Santa Claus will be at the library on Saturday, Dec. 21. A free pancake breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. and Santa Claus will visit from 9 to 10 a.m. There will also be a story reading. Registration for the breakfast is requested by calling 287-2945.
