Reidy Presented With American Spirit Award

Cindy Reidy, project coordinator for the Joseph Dwyer Peer to Peer Program, was recently presented the American Spirit Award. The award was presented by Roger Palmer, president of Reserve Officers Association Chapter 45. Also present at the ceremony was Greg Carlson, director of Veteran Services for Chautauqua County, and Patrick and Felicia Lambert, Dwyer Program members who were helped by Reidy and the Dwyer Program. The award states: “The American Spirit Award is presented to Cyntia E. Reidy, for her efforts as the Project Coordinator for the Joseph P. Dwyer Peer to Peer program in Chautauqua County. Your unselfish devotion and commitment to help veterans who are suffering from PTSD has had a positive impact on veteran suicide prevention in our county. The Reserve Officers Association and a grateful nation thanks you.”
