Maple Grove Grad Receives Doctorate Degree

Kristina McNallie Bodamer, a Bemus Point native, completed her Doctorate of Education degree at the University of the Rockies in June 2019. She graduated from Maple Grove Junior-Senior High School in 1995 and is the daughter of Craig and Cindy McNallie. She earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from SUNY Fredonia. Bodamer was an elementary education teacher at Sinclairville Elementary School for 12 years before moving on to a career in high education in 2012. She is currently the director of accreditation and program improvement in Edinboro University’s School of Education. Bodamer lives in Clymer with her husband Dave and their three children.
