JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Torry R. Kenny, 26, of Mayville was charged with trespassing. Officers responded Monday at 7 p.m. to the Gateway Center, 31 Water St. for a reported trespassing after the business had closed. Officers found Kenny on the property when they arrived and took him into custody. Several “no trespassing” signs were posted in the area. Kenny was held for arraignment.

¯ Heather M. E. Dean, 40, of Jamestown was taken into custody on a probation warrant and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed Dean walking Monday at 5:54 p.m. in the area of North Main and Sixth streets. Dean was known to have active probation warrants. While being taken into custody, Dean was allegedly found with a quantity of methamphetamine. Dean was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Devven L. Fletcher, no age given, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers stopped a vehicle Friday, and an investigation found that Fletcher was in possession of an electronic device containing THC. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Jamen L. Debose, no age given, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Officers stopped a vehicle Friday, and an investigation found that Debose was allegedly in possession of marijuana. Debose will appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

¯ Starson Freet, 41, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment. Officers responded Monday to an harassment complaint that took place in Falconer. Freet reportedly left the scene but was found a short time later. Freet was found to have allegedly pushed and shoved a victim. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Sarah L. Trombetta, 34, of Brocton; Jamie S. Stein, 36, of Fredonia; and Loren E. D. Johnson, 32, of Fredonia were each charged with third-degree criminal trespassing. Police located all three Saturday at 3:30 a.m. swimming in the pool at Welch Field while the pool was closed. All three are scheduled to appear in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ Kevin J. Kelley St., 55, of Westfield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. Kevin was taken into custody on an arrest warrant in relation to an incident that took place June 29 after allegedly entering and remaining in a dwelling. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
