The Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors recently ended its 2019 fitness challenge and presented the Jamestown YMCA with a donation of $1,450 for youth programs.

Fifty-one members participated in the eight-week challenge, earning points through regular exercise and healthy eating. Kacey Shelters, YMCA wellness director, coordinated the challenge, tracked participants’ progress and offered healthy living and fitness tips.

A celebration was held at Venue 31 in Jamestown upon the conclusion of the challenge, where the top performers were recognized. Emily Cama, Roberta Thompson, Darcie McLachlan, Judy Porpiglia and Anne LaPaglia finished in first through fifth places.
