The Mayville Fire Department held its annual Easter egg hunt recently at Lakeside Park in Mayville. With support of the community the department gave away six bicycles with helmets, board games, chocolate rabbits and more, as well as 7,000 filled eggs scattered throughout the park. The Easter Bunny arrived in a Mayville Fire Truck to greet children and have his photo taken with children. Cupcakes and refreshments were offered to all.
