Miss Shady Lady

The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week is Miss Shady Lady, a special girl who needs a special home. She would love to be a home’s one and only pet, though there is a small chance she might get along with another dog for company. She wants to be with people as much as possible; her person is the most important thing to her! She is friendly to all, comes when called, can give high-fives, loves to be brushed but can’t be crated. The shelter is located at 7540 N. Gale St. in Westfield and is open from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday or by appointment by calling 326-7297. An open house will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.
