John W. Tiffany Post 53 Veterans of Foreign Wars, which meets at noon every third Saturday at the Ira Lou Spring Veterans Club, had a small ceremony recently in which they were presented a flag by Peter Carlo, a Korean War veteran. During the ceremony, Carlo read the meaning of the flag.
