Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club Holds Annual Christmas Store Event

The Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys & Girls Club recently held its annual free Christmas store for club members and families.
Community supporters, board members and adult members donated new or gently used items throughout the year.
The Chautauqua Region Quilt Guild provided more than 150 themed pillow cases and organized the quilters and the community to donate the pillows to fill them. Receiving a new pillow for Christmas was one of the highlights of the shop.
All the items were grouped by categories and youth members were able to "shop" for up to six family members. Volunteers from local churches and board members helped the youth shop and wrap. The next day, the free store was open to families. Over thirty families came to "shop" and wrap for free.
