The Elizabeth Warner Marvin Community House will host its annual “Holiday Joy Luncheon” on Friday, Dec. 1.

There will be two seatings; the first at 11:15 a.m. and second at 1:15 p.m. Included will be delicious food, door prizes, raffles and chances to buy a beautiful watercolor painting by local artist William Larson.

Marvin House chef Mindy Sandberg will be cooking for all those who attend. She will also have her delicious Christmas cookies that everyone loves. Also, members will be selling their famous pickles.

Orders will be taken for those who wish to have them on their Christmas table or give them as gifts.

The Marvin House will be decorated in the holiday spirit. Those interested should bring their friends to experience the start of the holiday season.

Prepaid reservations are due by Wednesday, Nov. 22. The cost is $20 per person.
