A meeting of Fortnightly was held on Nov. 2 at the Gloria Dei Chuch in Lakewood. A short social gathering was held before the business meeting. President Fran Lipinski conducted the business meeting, followed by Pam Johnson talking on the topic “Comparing and Contrasting: Private, Public, Charter and Home Schooling.” She gave many interesting facts, both for and against, on each different method of schooling. A question and answer period followed. The next meeting will be on Thursday, with the speaker Barbara Turbessi. The meeting will again be at the Gloria Dei Church.
