Hazeltine Library Readers Eligible For Brownstone Book Contest
Children from the Hazeltine Library story hour are surrounded by books from the Brownstone Book Fund Foundation. The Brownstone Book Fund, a private foundation from New York City, has donated 100 children’s books to the Hazeltine Library. The gift is meant to encourage early reading, foster a love of books and encourage families to visit the library. To introduce children to the books, each child who checks out and reads one of the Brownstone books will be entered in a drawing for a special library prize. The contest runs through April with the drawing scheduled for April 27 during the 10 a.m. story hour. For more details or information, visit the Hazeltine Library at 891 Busti-Sugar Grove Road, Jamestown, visit the library’s facebook page or call 487-1281.
