Kelly Rhinehart Running For Ellington Town Board

ELLINGTON – Kelly Rhinehart is running for the Ellington Town Board, endorsed by the Republican Party.

Rhinehart is a longtime resident of Ellington who has been active in the community. He can be seen supporting his friends and neighbors at community events. Rhinehart has been a member of the Ellington Volunteer Fire Department for nearly 40 years, including three terms as department president. He has also been involved with the Greater Jamestown Federal Credit Union, Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H youth programs, the Fresh Air Fund and the Chautauqua County Managers Association. Rhinehart is an active member of the Chautauqua County Trail Riders and a voluntary member of the Ellington Rod and Gun Club.

Rhinehart is employed as an operations manager for the Chautauqua County Public Facilities Department’s Solid Waste Division, managing workers and equipment in all aspects at various sites. He has been a road construction supervisor and is a capable machine operator as well.

Rhinehart said he, “wants what is right for this community that I have been a part of for so long. I want to bring those management skills that I have built to the town of Ellington. I sincerely want to help my neighbors and community to the best of my abilities.”
