Jamestown Community College and Mercyhurst University have formalized an agreement that facilitates the transfer of JCC graduates into Mercyhurst’s intelligence studies program.
The agreement guarantees JCC graduates who take specified courses as part of their associate degree the opportunity to complete the bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies in two years.
JCC graduates who have an associate degree and a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 for all college coursework and in major requirements are guaranteed acceptance into Mercyhurst’s program.
Mercyhurst’s multidisciplinary intelligence studies program combines a liberal arts core with a foreign language or computer science requirement, national and international studies, internships and intelligence-related courses. The program is offered at the Tom Ridge School of Intelligence Studies and Information Science on the Mercyhurst campus in Erie.
