Ariel Monagle looks at a book with Liz Gruber, librarian, at Prendergast Library, where Mayor Sam Teresi will be the guest reader at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, during early learning storytime for children 3-5, caregivers and siblings. Bookmarks and snacks are included. The event is sponsored by the Chautauqua County Association for the Education of Young Children in celebration of April as Month of the Young Child.
