JPS Honors Retirees At Reception
Jamestown Public Schools recently held a reception for its employees who are retiring this year. Twenty JPS employees were honored for their dedication and service to the district with tokens of appreciation and refreshments.
“We are obviously sad that you are leaving us. Sometimes saying goodbye is more difficult for those who are left behind and that is certainly true of all of you who are leaving our district,” said Tim Mains, JPS superintendent. “Regardless of your position in the district, we have greatly appreciated your service. We wanted to take a moment to honor and recognize each one of you for what you have done, both for the district, and the children of Jamestown.
