Swedish Lucia Festival Set For Dec. 8

The Salvation Army will host its traditional Swedish Lucia Festival at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, at The Salvation Army 83 S. Main St., Jamestown. This year’s Lucia Bride will be portrayed by Meghan Winkler of Jamestown. Meghan is a student at Jamestown High School. She is the daughter of Marc and Debra Winkler and the granddaughter of Paul and Donna Pearson, all of Jamestown. Traditional refreshments will be served as part of the festival.
