Family Health Medical Services To Open Fredonia Location
FREDONIA – Family Health Medical Services will open a new primary care office at 3780 Eagle St., Fredonia.
The new facility is expected to open in August. This is their fourth primary care location in Chautauqua County. The growing organization also has locations at 31 Sherman St. and 103 Allen St., Jamestown, and 216 E. Main St., Westfield, serving more than 100,000 patients across the county.
The care team at the Fredonia location will include Dr. Vivien Redeye, Kayla Voss, FNP-C and Maddison Richardson, PA-C.
Dr. Vivien Redeye is from Irving. She is a graduate of the State University of New York, Jacobs School of Medicine, and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo. Dr. Redeye is returning to FHMS with 10 years hospitalist experience, six years in primary care and continues to serve our country as a major in the US. Army Reserves.
Kayla Voss, FNP-C came to the practice in the summer of 2023. Prior to joining the Family Health Medical Services team, Voss worked at Brooks Memorial Hospital for five years as a registered nurse and Chautauqua County Nursing Home and Rehab before furthering her education to become a nurse practitioner.
Maddison Richardson has been with Family Health Medical Services since June 2022. Prior to joining Family Health, she worked at Brooks Memorial Hospital for six years while attending the State University at Fredonia. She recently moved back to Fredonia with her family. Maddison will see patients both in Westfield and Fredonia and continue to provide services at Heritage Ministries.
