Only 12 Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United States are recognized for this achievement each year.

Harley-Davidson of Jamestown earned the award based on its delivery of premium customer experiences and for demonstrating operational excellence across a range of categories.

Harley-Davidson of Jamestown, 1951 E. Main St. Falconer, has been in business in the Jamestown/Falconer area since 1975 and celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2025. Harley-Davidson of Jamestown also received the Gold Bar & Shield award in 2000 and 1993.
