Mobile Pantry Truck To Be In Ashville

ASHVILLE — The Feed More of Western New York Mobile Pantry Truck from Falconer will be at the Ashville United Methodist Church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m. The truck brings fresh produce and some staple items. To receive free food, only proof of address from the following ZIP codes is required: Ashville 14710, Bemus Point 14712, Celoron 14720, Lakewood 14750, Niobe 14758, Panama 14767, Stow 14785 and anyone who lives in the town of Busti. Harmony Senior Citizens To Gather For Lunch

Harmony Senior Citizens will meet at noon Thursday, July 6, at Panama United Methodist Church. A chicken barbecue is scheduled for lunch that day. CASA To Hold Charity Golf Tourney

CASA of Chautauqua County will hold its second annual A Voice Fore A Child beer and wine tasting charity golf tournament to support abused and neglected children in the pursuit of finding safe and permanent homes. The tournament will be held at Chautauqua Golf Club on Saturday, Aug. 19. Registration begins at 11 a.m., a shogun start at noon with dinner and awards starting at 5:45 p.m. In addition to golf, there will be tastings by local breweries, wineries and coffee roasters. Other activities include a dinner, golf contests, basket giveaway and wine pull. A foursome costs $500 and includes greens fees and cart, commemorative tasting mug with one beer, wine or coffee tasting at each hole, lunch on-course, buffet-style dinner, team picture and prizes.
