Frank Besse
The Jamestown Renaissance Corporation has named Frank Besse its new executive director.
Before being appointed executive director, Besse served as the organization’s urban core director, where he focused on supporting downtown businesses and buildings.
“Frank Besse’s promotion to the role of Executive Director is a testament to his exceptional skills and commitment to the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation,” said Luke Fodor, co-chair of the JRC board. “His passion for community development and his ability to create meaningful change has been evident throughout his tenure with the organization. We are confident that the JRC will continue flourishing under Frank’s leadership and bring positive transformations to our city.”
As executive director, Besse will oversee all aspects of the JRC’s operations, including strategic planning, program development, community engagement and resource management. He will work closely with the board, staff and partners to execute the organization’s vision and drive forward its mission of revitalizing Jamestown.
“I am honored and excited to take on this new role within the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation,” Besse said. “Jamestown holds immense potential for growth and revitalization, and I am committed to building upon the foundation we have laid to make our city an even better place to live, work, and visit. Together with the JRC team and our community partners, we will continue to drive positive change and create a vibrant future for Jamestown.”
