As area manager, Jones is responsible for customer service, administration, lending and business development for the five area locations. She will work with the commercial lending, business services, investment management and insurance areas of the bank to provide customers with a full range of financial services. She will also oversee the area’s involvement in community activities.

She has 30 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as manager of the bank’s Lakewood office.

Jones is a graduate of Jamestown Community College, where she earned an associate’s degree in liberal arts. She is also a graduate of Houghton College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in human resources. In addition, Jones received a master’s degree in strategic leadership from St. Bonaventure University.

In her spare time, Jones has supported the Jamestown Rotary Club as a board member and committee chair. She is on the board at Chautauqua County Workforce Investment Board and has served as its treasurer since 2020. Jones has served on boards and volunteered for several organizations throughout her career.

Lexi Schosek

She lives in Ashville with her husband, Matt, and has two adult daughters, Hannah and Haley Jones, who live out of state.

Also joining the Northwest Bank team are office managers Pamela Gesaman, Lexi Schosek and Melissa Potter.

Pamela Gesaman has been named manager of the Northwest Bank office located at 1 West Third St., Jamestown. Gesaman comes to Northwest with 12 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as manager of the KeyBank office in Corry, Pa. She earned her college degree in business administration and marketing.

Gesaman is the daughter of Bonita Bush and the late Dale Bush of Jamestown. She has three children: Daniel, Katelynn and Anna.

Lexi Schosek has been serving as manager of the Northwest Bank office located at 768 Foote Ave., Jamestown, since February 2021.

Pamela Gesaman

In 2013, Schosek began her career with Northwest as a teller. Since then, she has worked as a customer service representative, personal banker and most recently as assistant manager of the Northwest office located at 1 W. Third St., Jamestown.

Active in her community, Schosek is a former board member of the YWCA of Jamestown and a graduate of the Chautauqua Leadership Network, where she served on the finance committee.

She is the daughter of John and Diane Gatto of Bluffton, S.C. She lives in Jamestown with her husband, Tom, and their daughter, Avery.

Melissa Potter has been named manager of the Northwest Bank office located at 210 W. Main St., Falconer.

Potter came to Northwest Bank in 2019 with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as assistant manager of the bank’s downtown Jamestown location. She began her career with Northwest Bank as a teller team lead and quickly moved into a management role.

Michelle Jones

Active in her community, Mrs. Potter volunteers for numerous events in the community and local dojo, Rocky’s Family Fitness and Karate.

She is the daughter of the late William Lewis of Randolph and Karen and Scott Grien of Sherman. She is the granddaughter of Harold and Nancy Lewis of Randolph. She lives in Jamestown with her husband, Eric, and their daughters, Madison and MaKenzie.
