Paul DeSantis

Lisa Haglund, president and CEO of Heritage Ministries, announced that Paul DeSantis has been named chief financial officer of the organization.

DeSantis comes to Heritage with a qualified background including nearly two decades in health care and financial management, most recently serving as the chief financial officer at a large health care institution in Western New York. In his role as CFO at Heritage, he will be responsible for the oversight of all financial operations at Heritage and its affiliates, nationwide.

“We welcome Paul’s expertise as we look to the future, knowing that he will work alongside our dedicated teams to support the Heritage mission,” Haglund said. “His extensive experience in not-for-profit and health care financial management will help Heritage to maintain a strong and healthy future as we work each day to promote Hope, Dignity, and Purposeful Living to all those entrusted to our care.”

DeSantis has been a member of several boards, including health care organizations, area school boards, financial institutions, foundations, Chautauqua County Health Network, Great Lakes Health Network and Community Blood Bank. He is also a Little League baseball coach and Junior Olympic wrestling coach.

DeSantis currently resides in Bemus Point with his family.
