Heritage Names Chief Human Resources Officer
Danielle Bozich has been named chief human resources officer at Heritage Ministries. She previously served as the vice president of human resources for the organization.
At Heritage Ministries, Bozich will be responsible for oversight and management of the human resources structure of the organization, including retention, benefits, recruitment, training, coaching, employee development, policy, and developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and corporate culture.
“We are delighted to welcome Danielle into her new position as CHRO at Heritage,” said Lisa Haglund, Heritage president and CEO. “Danielle has an extensive history in human resources, particularly in healthcare, and has demonstrated her passion for Heritage, serving as the vice president of human resources. Prior to joining Heritage, the Lake View, New York, resident worked throughout Western New York in human resources administration. Bozich attended the State University of New York at Fredonia and Canisius College. Additionally, she is certified in executive coaching and is a SHRM-SCP senior certified human resources professional.
Bozich is active in her community, and serves as a member of the Health Sciences Charter School Board in Buffalo and is a member of the SHRM and National Human Resources Association.
