John LaMancuso

Lewis & Lewis, P.C. has named city resident and attorney John I. LaMancuso as the new chairman of the law firm.

LaMancuso joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2014 before being named partner in 2019.

Lewis & Lewis, P.C. was founded in Buffalo in 1944 and operates from offices in Jamestown, Olean, Buffalo, Batavia, and Niagara Falls. Its headquarters are located in Buffalo.

The firm opened its Jamestown office in 1994. The local Lewis and Lewis office is a general practice law office assisting individuals, businesses, non-profits, and municipalities with litigation and transactional matters.

LaMancuso takes on this leadership role following the departure of Lewis & Lewis partner, George Panebianco, who was appointed Jamestown City Court Judge on Jan. 1, 2022.
