Ellison Bronze of Falconer has named a new president and chief executive officer.

The company, which has been in business for more than 100 years, has been led by Roger Overend for the past several years. Overend has retired after a career that began at Ellison Bronze in 1982 as a press room operator before Overend eventually worked his way through the ranks to take on the role of vice president of operations and ultimately president and CEO.

Tracy Hultin has been named president and CEO, replacing Overend. Hultin has been with the company for 12 years and in the industry for 23 years. Most recently, she held the title of vice president of sales and marketing.

Angela Ecklund has been promoted to national sales manager. Ecklund has been with the company for seven and was the company’s previous inside sales manager.
