Bilicki

Byron A. Bilicki, founder and managing shareholder at The Bilicki Law Firm in Jamestown has been selected to the 2020 New York Super Lawyers list. No more than 5% of the lawyers in New York are selected by Super Lawyers.

The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazines and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country. Super Lawyers Magazines also feature editorial profiles of attorneys who embody excellence in their practice of law.

Bilicki, who has been engaged in the practice of intellectual property law in Jamestown and throughout western New York for more than 25 years, is a member of the New York and Pennsylvania bars, in addition to being admitted to practice before several federal district courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Fessenden Laumer & DeAngelo PLLC announced that Charles S. DeAngelo, a partner in the firm, was recently honored once again by being named to the Upstate New York 2020 Super Lawyers list.

DeAngelo was selected in the practice area of general litigation. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.

Super Lawyers notes that the objective is to create a credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys. The Super Lawyers publication notes that 5% of the attorneys in the state are selected to receive Super Lawyers recognition.
