Amherst Security Professionals is opening a branch office located at 25 E. Fourth St., Jamestown, beginning July 6.

Amherst Security Professionals is a state Department of State-licensed “Watch, Guard, Patrol” agency headquartered in Amherst and founded in January 2007 by two police detectives with the Amherst Police Department. Over the last thirteen years the business has grown to employ 222 licensed security guards and an additional 75 active law enforcement officers. The firm provides security services for clients. The firm is licensed to operate throughout New York state and is additionally licensed as a New York State Security Guard School, offering a range of training opportunities to new and current security guards.
