The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Homeland Security deemed physical and occupational therapy an “essential” service during this COVID-19 outbreak.

Chautauqua Physical & Occupational Therapy is open in Jamestown and Mayville to treat patients experiencing acute orthopedic symptoms and vertigo to reduce the burden on primary care practice schedules to better utilize medical staff for other COVID-19-related issues.

A schedule has been developed to spread patients and staff out so fewer people are present at once. No guests are permitted in the clinic at this time.

All patients and staff are screened daily for fever and must always wear a mask. All CDC guidelines are in place and closely monitored. Telehealth appointments are available, as well by calling 488-2322 or visiting chautauquapt.com.
